I create these income reports so you can see inside my business and what scaling an online business looks like. I know running a business can be terrifying at times, it’s a scary thrilling adventure where we aren’t getting a lot of guidance. These income reports are meant to help you navigate entrepreneurship as you grow alongside of me!

MILESTONE #1 –
April brought the Death Of The 6 Figure Business. Now that I am working towards a 7 figure business, I can no longer think or act like a 6 figure business woman. In order to reach those 7 figures, I have to think like a 7 figure CEO. We are no longer a 6 figure business in team, culture, management, and strategy.
MILESTONE #2 –
This past month I have had to learn to stabilize my mind and so I have created a deep content mode. In this mode, I write everything down on paper. I put my whole brain on paper. Once everything is written out, it is then organized into three folders. Current Focus, Future Focus, and Archive Focus. As a CEO I am constantly looking forward and having this mode or state has really helped me visualize and organize my plans for this business.
MILESTONE #3 –
We have been really nailing down our coaching methodology this past month. One of the biggest complaints that I hear about other programs is their coaching is not good. I believe this is because most coaching methods come from NLP trainings, and not that those are bad, I just don’t want my coached trained that way. So, I have been creating and implementing my own coaching methodology in order to provide the best experience for my members.

My husband used to be a football coach, so one of the things I have done in April is create a new goal system that revolves around football terminology. We have huddle meetings, kickoff meetings, touchdowns, and even fumbles. Business is a game and I want each of my team members coming to work excited and ready to play.
