Right now our world has been so heavily impacted as a result of the Coronavirus. On top of the news and media spreading scary information about this pandemic, we are also surrounded by others who are telling us that we aren’t leaders if we don’t step up for our audience right now. All of this pressure is causing so much anxiety for everyone, including me. Today I want to share this new series with you called the Take Back Control Series. In the next few episodes, I am going to be talking you through my process of how I deal with the pressures of the world around us and how I take back control over my energy and life. My goal is to help you process this stressful time in a healthy way, and I want to always remind you that you are not alone, and that it is okay to not be okay.
